Muted Carved Resin + Concrete Tiles, encased in a finely finished Ash Frame.
 
The concrete is hand-painted in varying acrylic techniques for a varied and organically shifting landscape. The tops of each carved form read lighter, with depth in the shadows as the resin shifts across the sculpted surface.
 
The ash frame is stained a weathered and pale walnut color and finely finished with a High Performance Wood Finish.
 
Inset tiles, carved with a concrete texture that resembles windswept landcapes.
 
Each tile resembles carefully worn natural landscapes and various imaging inspired by nature.  
 
After carving and painting, each tile takes multiple coats of resin for a ceramic, tiled look. The tiles are hand-sculpted, with smooth, organic edges.
 
The artwork is 48"x48"x 2" In the photo, can be customized to your liking.
